Abstract
Synovial sarcoma is uncommon, especially vein invasion is rarely occured. A 38-year-old male has come to the hospital due to right leg edema and inguinal mass. There was invasion and obliteration of right external iliac vein. We performed en bloc resection of right leg sarcoma from external iliac vein to common femoral vein. About 10cm of superficial femoral vein was harvested and used for jump graft of the resected segment of common femoral vein. After en bloc resection, his leg edema was improved. Considering the vessel diameter and postoperative sequelae, superficial femoral vein is suitable for vessel reconstruction of extremities.
